Description
Hi Boone,
This is probably related to the BP 1.5 upgrade, but when I try to access the Home tab without being logged in it says, "CUNY Academic Commons can be viewed by members of this blog only. Register first as a Network User of CUNY Academic Commons." I'm able to access every other section on the Commons without any problems, but it won't let me view the content on the Home tab without being logged in.

Weird. Privacy on the main blog had been set to " I would like my blog to be visible only to registered users I add to "CUNY Academic Commons" "
I switched it back to fully public, but I don't know why/how this happened.

The production site has not been upgraded to BP 1.5.
I'm not sure how this would have happened. I haven't touched any settings on the production site in ages (or at least since the last upgrade).

I'm not sure if what I was doing perhaps reset the settings, but around the time I noticed the redirect I created a bunch of private groups and enabled group blogs for each. When I was still logged in and on the Home tab I noticed that Carl Grindley make an introductory blog post on one of the groups. I navigated to the blog post and then signed out to double check that the activity wouldn't show up on the Home tab and that's when it gave me that message. I don't think I have admin access to the main CAC page, but I'm sorry if what I did reset the blog settings on the main blog.

Thanks for that report, Sarah, but no apology needed. From what you've described, it doesn't sound like your actions were behind this, and I think you're right that you don't have admin access . .. .
