Description
A member of the CUNY community with a cuny.tv address noted that he was unable to register for the site because the system doesn't consider cuny.tv to be a CUNY address. I went in to the dashboard, found Settings > Limited Email Registrations and entered cuny.tv in the line under *.cuny.edu, which I think should work. Can you confirm? Thanks.

I'll have to rewrite the way I validate email addresses in the non-CUNY signup plugin.

I reworked some of the domain whitelist logic in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/c9814e81925486f570f4d2d5c5ee1676588bf488, which should fix the problem.
