Hi Scott, Marilyn, and Boone,
Scott and Marilyn - Luke had the good idea that we should create a form people could use to request cuny.is links. I'd suggest creating a page somewhere and then creating a cuny.is link for it -- maybe cuny.is/requests
Please set up the form so that it will email our Zendesk address with the request
Boone, cc'ing you into this in case there are questions about the form.

Ok - I set up the form on page: http://codex.commons.gc.cuny.edu/cuny-url-shortener/
It is pointing to zendesk now. Let me know of any changes. Thanks.

I'm reopening this because an unfortunate consequence of the form seems to be that I'm not getting bot requests. See attached screenshot and let me know if you want more info. Thanks!

We removed the form and now requests go directly to ZenDesk.
