Michael Miller (Chief Librarian @ BCC) reports via Zendesk:

"I logged into the Academic Commons and went to the listing of “Groups” via the “My Groups” tab. The "Group" link to the CUNY Council of Chief Librarians is linking to the wrong group forum.
There are two groups:
1. - CUNY Council of Chief Librarians - https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/cuny-council-of-chief-librarians/
2. - CUNY Council of Chief Librarians: Agendas and Minutes - https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/ccl-agendas-minutes/
The link to the first needs to be restored/corrected."

These are closed groups, so I can't replicate it. Michael has asked the admin of them to add me so that I can see if the problem exists when one goes to the URL, or if it's a fault withing My Groups.
Stephen Klein, GC librarian, reports
"For a few days now, I get the following page/prompt:
The CUNY Academic Commons is experiencing technical problems.
Maris Panzani, an Admissions officer at the GC wrote "for some reason our posts won't allow comments any longer. For example https://newgcstudents.commons.gc.cuny.edu/2017/03/01/roommate-matching/"

Upon further investigation, the comments field is visible, but after I click submit I'm directed to a blank screen. If I then navigate to the page, the comments don't show. I tried this logged in as myself and under an alias, on both Chrome and Firefox.

There are some comments in the Trash visible in the Dashboard, but not anything recent.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #6800 (Rejected): Is something going on? https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/68002016-11-18T19:30:54ZMarilyn WeberMweber@gc.cuny.edu

A Zendesk user reports:

I'm trying to accept a friend request on the CUNY Commons site. On the friends/requests/ page on my profile, clicking the Accept button opens up a tab to https://www.zendesk.com/web-widget/?utm_source=webwidget&utm_medium=poweredbyzendesk&utm_campaign=image[zendesk.com] but does not mark the request as accepted.
I'm running Firefox on Windows. I paused AdBlock and Ghostery so there is probably no interference from a browser plugin.
This seems like a bug -- just giving you a heads up.
Robin
—
Robin Camille Davis
Emerging Technologies & Online Learning Librarian

I am able to replicate this on Chrome on a PC. Attached screenshots show before and after
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #6410 (Duplicate): Cannot log in - gives privacy errorhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/64102016-10-24T12:55:01ZMarilyn WeberMweber@gc.cuny.edu

I'm using Chrome and the error occurred at 9:42am on Friday, 10/14. I don't need any follow-up or support, just reporting the error."

I ad an admin at https://fellowships.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ but can't see the dashboard. Can this be fixed? Today if possible. Sorry for the rush Thanks!!
CUNY Academic Commons - Outreach #5396 (Resolved): Add CUNY Central to the survey choices? https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/53962016-03-31T15:09:07ZMarilyn WeberMweber@gc.cuny.edu

From the Zendesk portal:
"I just started to take the Academic Commons Survey and noticed that CUNY Central is not in the list of participating CUNY campuses. I clicked the option "None of the Above” for my location, and I think I was blocked from filling out the rest of the survey. I think CUNY Central should be added to the campus list because there are certainly a number of users for which that is their primary CUNY affiliation."
