Redmine CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #17951 (New): New issue with calendar displayhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/179512023-03-31T17:52:28ZGina Cherry

I've used the Events Manager plugin for many years. Today, I noticed that I am no longer able to access anything beyond the first page of the calendar: https://cetls.bmcc.cuny.edu/events/. When I click on the numbered navigation links, the subsequent pages never load.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #17950 (Reporter Feedback): No longer receiving email notifications a...https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/179502023-03-31T17:48:24ZGina Cherry

The last two posts I published did not generate email notifications. When I published the post today, I no longer even saw a check box option for sending the notification to the group that usually appears near the Publish button.

The formatting of my site's events page appears to have changed, even though I have not made any changes to it. Any idea what might have happened?

We are in the midst of a month-long faculty seminar and have been using our Commons site as a space for discussion. Sometime in the last week, we stopped being able to comment on blog posts. The comment box appears and there is a clickable button to submit, but the comment does not appear on the site or under Comments in the Dashboard. I tried this with our most recent blog post (https://abiseminarwinter2022.commons.gc.cuny.edu/2022/01/14/wellness-in-the-classroom/), as well as with last week's post (https://abiseminarwinter2022.commons.gc.cuny.edu/2022/01/07/1227/), which does have comments that were submitted before last Wednesday. I was unable to leave a comment on either post. It would be great if this could be fixed quickly since we had planned to have weekly conversations on the site.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #15094 (Resolved): Group admins added to site as authors, not adminshttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/150942021-12-14T19:54:25ZGina Cherry

Hi,

I created a group and invited some folks with the admin role. When they accepted their invitation, they were successfully added to the group as admins, but were added to the site as authors. I manually changed their role in the site to admin. Is this the expected behavior?

This is the group: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/aanapisi-bridge-initiative-faculty-seminar-series-winter-2022/
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #14848 (Resolved): Bug with Gravity Forms/Commons interactionhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/148482021-10-07T21:24:16ZGina Cherry

I just attempted to use Gravity Forms for the first time since it updated to the block editor and discovered an issue. When I'm editing forms, my Commons profile picture is displayed on top of the Preview and Save buttons and I am unable to do either (see attached screen shot). This initially occurred when I was using Firefox on a Mac laptop and I was able to replicate the issue on Safari.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #14841 (Resolved): Issue with Co-Authors Plus in the Customizr themehttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/148412021-10-05T18:49:42ZGina Cherry

Guest authors created with the Co-Authors Plus plug-in are not displayed at the end of blog posts in Customizr. Here is the site in question: https://abiseminaralums.commons.gc.cuny.edu/.

The Enable Co-Authors Filters plug-in is active.

Authors display correctly when set to Commons users, but not when set to guest authors created in the plug-in. See the published posts here for examples of authors not displaying: https://abiseminaralums.commons.gc.cuny.edu/faculty-projects/

See this unpublished test post for an example of a Commons author displaying correctly: https://abiseminaralums.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/post.php?post=134&action=edit
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #11997 (Resolved): Domain mapping not working for CETLS sitehttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/119972019-10-21T16:31:35ZGina Cherry

Domain mapping no longer appears to be working for the CETLS site and I’m not sure if the problem is on our end or with the Commons. I cannot access the CETLS site unless I am logged in to the Commons. When I try accessing the CETLS site (http://cetls.bmcc.cuny.edu) when not logged in to the Commons, I get this error message: https://screencast.com/t/FOPnNJSv3K9. When I am logged into the Commons and attempt to access it, I get redirected back to https://bmcccetls.commons.gc.cuny.edu/. Until now, http://cetls.bmcc.cuny.edu would remain in the address bar.

Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated!

Note: I also emailed Boone directly about this issue.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #11649 (In Progress): CC license displayed on every pagehttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/116492019-07-18T16:03:33ZGina Cherry

The CC license is unintentionally displayed at the bottom of every page and post on the CETLS web site (in addition to being intentionally displayed in a widget in the footer): https://cetls.bmcc.cuny.edu/. I recently realized that this behavior may be specific to the theme I am using for the site (Canvas). How can I remove the CC license information from the pages and posts?
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #11313 (Resolved): Overly aggressive spam filtershttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/113132019-04-11T16:30:33ZGina Cherry

In Bug #11160, I described two issues with blog comments: duplicate email notifications and all comments going to spam. The duplicate email notification issue has been resolved, but the overly aggressive spam filter has not. Can you please look into this? The problem with everything going to spam is that site administrators do not receive a notification when comments are made, so I need to keep monitoring the site for spammed comments that need unspamming.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #10561 (Resolved): CETLS site redirecting to GChttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/105612018-10-19T14:24:26ZGina Cherry

The CETLS site (http://cetls.bmcc.cuny.edu, https://bmcccetls.commons.gc.cuny.edu/) is currently redirecting to the Grad Center site (https://www.gc.cuny.edu/Home)
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #10075 (Resolved): Problem with domain mapping/redirection for CETLS ...https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/100752018-07-30T21:31:23ZGina Cherry

I am no longer able to access the CETLS website. The site is hosted at https://bmcccetls.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ and we use domain mapping so that it can be accessed at http://cetls.bmcc.cuny.edu. I now get an error message that says that the page is not redirecting properly: https://screencast.com/t/dydk79I0MjU. Please advise.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #4850 (Resolved): ACERT site is downhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/48502015-11-03T12:05:35ZGina Cherry

The ACERT site has been down since 11 pm yesterday. We have noticed, thanks to Jetpack Monitor, that the site goes down relatively frequently, but usually for short periods of time. This is the first time it has been down for such an extended period.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #3892 (Resolved): The given object ID is not that of a menu item.https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/38922015-03-09T17:12:42ZGina Cherry

I attempted to add an item to my site menu. When I saved the menu, the system generated a series of the error message, "The given object ID is not that of a menu item." and wiped out almost my entire site menu (everything except the About Us menu and one of the blog categories). I have successfully reconstructed part of the menu and continue to work on it this afternoon.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #39 (Resolved): Email notifications for group I had not joinedhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/392009-10-13T21:15:23ZGina Cherry

I was sent an invitation to join the Blended Learning group. I began receiving email notifications for the discussion board before I accepted the invitation.
