Hi Boone,

It looks like the CAC is in maintenance mode (see attached screenshot) are you working on it?

Hi Scott -- I'm going to forward a message to you re system maintenance happening on Sunday. If there is any chance you can create a slide we can display before Sunday, I would appreciate it (perhaps there is an old one we can revive with new date details?).
Hi Boone,

Lately, when I click on a link from an email notification, I briefly (for a second or two) see an error message that says "This Site Can't be Reached." The page then resolves to a CAC link and the page loads normally.

I've been trying to capture a screenshot, but it happens just quickly enough that I've been unable to.

I'm not sure how/whether you can reproduce, but perhaps you can try?
Hi Ray,

Lisa R reported lagging response times forty minutes ago. I just went in and the site loaded quickly, but when I tried to post to a forum group I hit the error in the attached screenshot.

Can you please look into this and test out a few basic functions (posting to forum groups etc) to see how things look to you?

Hi Boone,

I emailed earlier tonight about a few email notifications that seemed off to me. I just took a look at the homepage, and the right column featuring recent blog posts looks very off to me -- it is mostly composed up updates like [user] edited [post title]", all within the same group (CUNY Games Network) I was writing about before. I'm pretty sure that something is borked here.
NYCDH Community Site - Bug #2773 (Resolved): Severe site weirdnesshttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/27732013-09-05T02:55:50ZMatt Goldmattgold@gmail.com

Hi Ray --

It's suddenly looking to me like all content on NYCDH has disappeared. I'm not seeing the admin nav bar, or groups, or anything. Is it just me? Screenshot of what I'm seeing attached.
NYCDH Community Site - Bug #2762 (Resolved): Unable to Delete Spam Groupshttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/27622013-08-28T17:51:31ZMatt Goldmattgold@gmail.com

Hi Ray -

A rash of spam groups have appeared on NYCDH. I thought that marking users as spam and then deleting accounts would delete everything they had done, but it looks like the spam groups stayed.

The problem is that when I try to delete the groups manually in the dashboard - http://nycdh.org/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=bp-groups - the delete doesn't work. I mark a bunch with checkmarks and then click "delete," but the groups stay.

Can you please make this a high priority and look into this as soon as you can? Many thanks.
NYCDH Community Site - Bug #2582 (Rejected): Forum posting/notification problemhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/25822013-05-20T12:03:56ZMatt Goldmattgold@gmail.com

Hi Ray --

I was set to launch the NYCDH site today and made an announcement to that effect on the NYCDH steering group forum - http://nycdh.org/groups/nycdh-steering-group/forum/topic/launch-today/

However, I notice the following problems:

1. The announcement shows up in the group activity feed - http://nycdh.org/groups/nycdh-steering-group/

2. No email notification was sent after the creation of the forum post

3. The post (which was in a private group) doesn't show up on the sitewide activity feed - http://nycdh.org/activity/ - (I think it should, right, since I'm a superadmin?)

4. In the sidebar of the sitewide activity page, the Steering group is shown as being last active 5 days ago - http://nycdh.org/activity/

Hiving this a high priority due to our impending launch.

Many thanks in advance for your help.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #2265 (Rejected): "Need Support" widget in cbox documentationhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/22652012-11-19T03:41:29ZMatt Goldmattgold@gmail.com

Very cool that the "Need support?" widget on the dashboard tells people what info to submit with support requests, but it doesn't tell them where to submit such requests (the main section under "Getting started," but it should be repeated below.
