Redmine CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #19828 (New): CBOX Classic Possible Bughttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/198282024-02-25T22:54:50Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

Paul Schacht has an academic site at Geneseeo. Looks like on the group sidebar the link to the Group site is not formatted correctly - not going to the group site subdomain. It's acting like the site is not configured as a subdomain.

See https://commonsinabox.org/groups/help-support/forum/topic/group-blog-links-redirect-to-login-page/
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #19674 (Resolved): The Commons seems to be downhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/196742024-02-04T20:33:47Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

It's 3:30 PM and the site seems to be down.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #19464 (Resolved): Redmine site still refers to Zendesk Linkhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/194642023-12-28T19:29:54Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

On the home page of Redmine we have a link to the old Zendesk site
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #18434 (Resolved): TablePress pluginhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/184342023-07-07T20:12:01Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

It seems that the TablePress plugin has been updated on the Commons, but whenever I go to it, I get the attached popup and neither option works. It just loops back. You can see this here: https://help.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tablepress
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #17551 (New): Events Calendar viewhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/175512023-01-24T21:44:09Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

When I switch from "List View" to "Calendar View" I get a "Loading" icon spinning around. In debugger seems like some CORS issue.

I wanted to get some screenshots of December events, so I "back arrowed" to December. When I go back to list view everything is fine. But I am still in January, not December.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #17550 (Resolved): Events Feature Image Not Resizinghttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/175502023-01-24T21:23:22Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

The text resizes, but the featured image is not responsive.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #17359 (Rejected): GC Library Site Not Displaying postshttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/173592022-12-09T16:16:41Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

From Stephen Klein:
Our posts are not displaying.

For example:

And when I go into the backend to edit a post, I am prompted with a database connection message.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #16639 (Abandoned): Is the Commons Down?https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/166392022-08-18T18:57:03Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

I am getting "getting technical difficulties" message.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #16245 (Resolved): Save Button missing on WordPress Profile pagehttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/162452022-06-15T13:21:24Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

When I go to Users>>Profile on WordPress dashboard, there is no Save button. Elvis noticed this when trying to update Biographical Info.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #16170 (Resolved): duplication of campushttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/161702022-05-26T21:47:55Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

see attached. The site https://shortdocs.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ did not have a campus. I added CUNY-wide. Now the campus shows twice.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #16167 (Resolved): qcurban.org/ loading issuehttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/161672022-05-26T17:48:38Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

When I go to https://qcurban.org/ I get the message that the page does not exist, then after five seconds or so, the page renders. I noticed on https://newsliteracymatters.com/ the page loads properly, but then five seconds later it loads again. In both cases, once the page is cached everything is fine. I wonder if there is a problem with mapped domains?
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #16143 (Resolved): Is Commons site down?https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/161432022-05-21T19:12:23Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

I notice that both the Commons and CBOX are down. Went down at 3:06 PM.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #15810 (Resolved): News Literacy Matters site loading over and over u...https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/158102022-04-04T20:33:32Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

When I sign in as an admin, the site https://newsliteracymatters.com/ keeps loading the first page over and over. It doesn't happen when I am not logged in as an admin. It also doesn't happen in Firefox. I have cleared my cache in Chrome.

Sissel McCarthy first noticed that the preview option on Block editor was not working in Chrome.

But now there seems to be a bigger problem.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #15808 (Resolved): Home Page "About" Dropdownhttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/158082022-04-04T18:54:39Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

When I hover over the "About" menu option on the home page, the drop down items are cut off on the right. Also, it seems the sub menu font should be a little smaller and maybe have a different background image.
CUNY Academic Commons - Bug #15788 (Resolved): long site titles on home pagehttps://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/157882022-03-31T21:04:04Zscott vothscott.voth@verizon.net

It looks like the site title needs to wrap if it long. See attached.
