Hi All,
I am supporting a faculty member who will be teaching a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) course on the Commons starting in March. In COIL courses, CUNY students take a course in tandem with other international students and they work together and interact online. This professor would like to allow the co-teachers and students from two other universities to join the COIL course site. In total it would be about 30-40 non-cuny teachers and students signing up for the coil course.
Would it be possible to generate a signup code for these COIL folks to join the Commons?

Any super admin (me, Matt, Luke, Marilyn) can create a signup code. We'll need the following technical info:
1. What should the code be? Ideally no spaces or special characters.
2. Should users registering with the code be auto-added to a specific group?
I'll leave it to Matt whether we ought to have a sign-up code in this case.

I believe the course starts tomorrow so let me know what code they might use and I can pass on this info.
