Homepage re-directing - probably plugin issue

Description

While I was updating my two course sites, I used the Page-Links-To plugin to redirect both sites to a goofy under construction .gif.

I did this on these two sites:

Essentially, I created a "construction" page and then set it as the static front page and the plugin made that page link to the construction .gif.

I've since removed the plugin from both sites and changed the pages so that it should be displaying correctly. For some reason the 2020hebert130 site is fine. The 2020hebert351 site continues to re-direct to the construction site in spite of me changing the home page in the settings and uninstalling the plugin.

It seems hung up somewhere. Any thoughts about what I can do?

It seems to be working now. Maybe it just took time for the cache to clear.
