The Cleansing of the Augean Stables (aka Constituent database)

Remove uneeded/unwanted data and objects from Constituent database
1. Tables and data that comes from CunyFirst into Constituent:
1.1 Check with our group needs and wants on what data our apps are using nowadays( tasked to Emilio)
1.2 Check with the GC community outside our group, on which data they want from Cunyfirst to be kept in Constituent (Ko would take care of it)

We are gonna rename the objects (e.g tables and columns) in Cosntituent before deleting them, that way there will be a waiting period to see if anyone complains about their data disappearing from Constituent
