Hi Sarah,
I've updated the account. Just to be sure we're talking about the same user, I updated this account - http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/members/apeterson34/
The Guttman email address is now associated with it and can be used to update the password etc. I have given the account a temporary password that I will email separately.
