Description

Many users fail to customize their public portfolio content. It's been determined that adding this to the registration process is both technically complicated and unnecessarily lengthy.
We need to come up with a mechanism to encourage users to customize their portfolio. Might be solvable through some kind of pop-up reminder -- could be considered in the sitewide announcements plan (#4230).
