problem adding a member to a group - wrong username?

Description

I am trying to invite a CAC user to a group, but I cannot get her username to populate. Her name is Diana Strumbos, and I see her as an active member here - https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/users.php?s=Diana.Strumbos%40cuny.edu&action=-1&new_role&bbp-new-role&bbp-bulk-users-nonce=3426d5e41a&paged=1&action2=-1&new_role2

Her username appears to be dstrumbos.

However, when I go to her profile, her username appears to be dstrumbos2.

Neither username will populate when I'm in the Connected CUNY Planning Teams group and trying to send an invite to the group.

She is the ASAP Director for Research and Evaluation, and this request to add her is coming from Rachel Stephenson, also of CUNY Central. I'm marking this as High priority since it's coming from CUNY Central.

Oh, good grief. She wasn't appearing because she somehow already joined. I think Rachel must have done it herself but forgot to recall the request. Thanks anyway!
