Description

The version of YOURLS we're currently running is incompatible with PHP 7.2 and thus with the new infrastructure. This is because its internal MySQL library uses PHP's mysql library, which was removed around PHP 7.

Updated to latest in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/e5d2a8ca57b1275e0f9d0598ef0181d9f42f652e. It's running on cdev, and everything looks fine to me (both LDV1 and LDV2). Marking resolved.

I assume it's OK to leave this until the 1.13.11 release scheduled for October 8. If Lihua lets me know that our switchover is scheduled for earlier than that, I'll have to put the update into production early.
