CUNY Academic Commons

The wp-post-to-pdf plugin (which has been abandoned for some time) uses tcpdf, which needs a cache location for things like images. Natively, the plugin tries to create a cache folder within the plugin directory, but this isn't possible on the Commons because of file permissions. The failure is probably breaking some aspects of the plugin, and it's filling up the PHP error log with fatals.
