"I created a group and site for my class, and when I wanted to post for the first time in the Forum, I noticed there were already 7 topics from 7 years ago. (See attached screenshot) I only created the group and site a few weeks ago. Thanks for your help!"

Is this related to the borked timestamps? I'll ask her to see if she recognizes the posters.

This is unrelated to the timestamp issue.
It appears that there was some crossed wires with the way that group forum linking was set up. I'm going to investigate why this may have happened. In the meantime, I've corrected the issue so that the forum is clean and should be working properly.
