I don't see any obvious slow queries, which indicates that there's some sort of infinite hook loop. Looking into it.

I've identified the issue, which is due to a bug in BuddyPress 5.0.0. Details are here https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/8149#ticket I'll be pushing up a hotfix momentarily.
