Email request change
I think I should be able to do this myself (as a super admin), but I do not see this user in the user list:
"I am an alumni of the GC and now on faculty at Brooklyn College. I was just trying to set myself up on the Academic Commons (I’m wanting to create a site for a research project about to launch) and realized I already have an account from back when I was in grad school! But – when I tried to reset my password, I’m not getting the password reset link. I’m assuming the reset link is going to my now defunct gc email address that was something like: email@example.com
Is there a way I can get back into my profile rather than starting fresh?
My username was/is: maddyfox
When I search in the Commons I find myself: Madeline Fox"
Here she is - https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/members/maddyfox - so why can't I see her in the commons dashboard? Thanks for helping me learn!
