Description

The Serif Lite theme is no longer supported and does not seem to work at all. It just spins around and never loads.

Fine with me. I have network disabled the theme, so it can no longer be activated.

I see 38 sites on the Commons that currently use the theme. One example: https://createexplore.commons.gc.cuny.edu. Site is loading OK for me. Is it broken for you? I'm wondering how broad of a problem this is, and if we should be concerned with existing users.

Yes, that one is loading fine for me. Do you want me to test a new serif lite site again? Maybe it was an environment thing - if so, you need to network activate again.

Sure. I've re-enabled. Give it a try and let me know what you find.

Yes, now it is working fine. My bad. I guess we should keep it, even though when you activate, you get the message that it is no longer supported?

Yeah, it's pretty bad optics to get the "not supported" message on activation. Let's go ahead and network disable.
