Marilyn, I've had a look at that page and I don't see anywhere where it asks users to register for the Commons. Do you? I see a link near the bottom that directs people to this page https://scrounger.commons.gc.cuny.edu/download-page/, which in turn asks for a post password, but it appears that one requests that password via https://www.wandt.us/form/scrounger-forensics-request-form, and that it has nothing to do with getting a Commons account.
