Description
I am experiencing [this issue](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/link-library-and-category-view-with-excluded-tags/) with the Link Library plugin (currently, version 6.8.17 on CAC). Can you update this plugin to version >= 7.1.9 so I can get the fix? Thanks!

Thanks for reporting this, Raffi. Normally we wait to perform "major" plugin releases (as determined by semver-ish version numbers) until the fourth Tuesday of the month, with warning going out on the 5th of that same month. By this rule, Link Library would be scheduled for the 7.1.9 upgrade later this month. https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/log/link-library Is this sufficient for your purposes? I can look into pushing an earlier update on the second Tuesday of June, but I'd need to do some manual review to ensure that there's minimal risk for breakage.

Hm. I still see the problem. Specifically, https://khatchad.commons.gc.cuny.edu/research/background/#textbooks goes nowhere, although it is listed as a category link. I'll check with the plug-in author.
