Description

I notice that for groups, the checkbox is only available when you select "Teaching" as purpose. But for sites, it is always available. Is this on purpose or a bug?

To clarify, this is only happening when editing an existing site (/wp-admin/options-general.php), not when creating a new site. This pretty clearly indicates that it's a bug. I'll push a fix momentarily.
