I’ve activated a plugin but I cannot find it in my WP Dashboard afterwards. What am I missing?

I’ve activated the “NS Cloner - Site Copier” on 2 sites but once activated I cannot find it to access it and perform a clone.

Thanks for the report. As Scott notes in #17069, this plugin doesn't really work for non-super-admins. We don't really need it anymore because we now have cloning features when creating a site. Please let the user know that the plugin is no longer intended for use, and that the Clone feature during site creation is the best way to go. The plugin will be removed in the next release.
