This plugin was never actually checked into our repo. I must have installed it on the server sometime (appears to be 2017) for some debugging. It doesn't do any harm to let people see what scheduled tasks are running on their site, but it's unnecessary. The dev team can now use wp-cli tools. I've removed the plugin.
