Description
Hi guys,
I made a Zendesk ticket but also wanted to ask the devs directly. I'm the creator/admin of the Commons site https://citepd.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ and we had cloned the site in the midst of the design process, but now we are going with one of the clone's designs, but want to keep to use this URL. Are you able to terminate my site so that we can clone the other and recycle this URL? As a way to avoid re-doing all the technical details.
Thanks!

Hi Anthony - Yes, I can help you with this. Before I move forward (it's a destructive task that I can't undo), could you confirm the following? I will delete the site citepd.commons.gc.edu
(25903) in order to free the URL, so that you can select it when creating a new site. Is that correct? Should I do so right away, or is there any backup you'd like to perform first?

Hi Boone!
Thanks for touching base. Yes, that is correct! As soon as possible would be great. We are all set to destroy the site; no backing up is needed. Thank you!

Thanks for confirming! The site has been deleted. Please try creating the new site, and let me know if you have any issues reclaiming the URL.
