Description

I see that the Q & A plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/q-and-a/) is no longer supported. But the current Help site uses it extensively for FAQs. Obviously not a great situation. Can we continue to use it, or should we look for an alternative FAQ plugin? If it looks okay to continue using it, can you activate on https://helpredesign.commons.gc.cuny.edu/?

If not, perhaps this is a good alternative: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-faqs/

It occurs to me that if we don't want to use the unsupported plugin (Q & A), it might be easier and cleaner to convert the FAQs to WP pages rather than using the new plugin (Ultimate FAQ). We have an easy to use show/hide shortcode.
