Description

I think it's possible to customize all of the fields here on Redmine, right? I'd like to have another option under Status called "Hold", which I would use for items that can't be solved immediately but have been looked at and assigned.

Select administration from the top admin nav, then go to "issue statuses." I just added a "hold" status.
