On the home page of Redmine we have a link to the old Zendesk site

I think it should be the same as the modal Ray created:

Hm, this text doesn't seem right for the context. Currently https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu says:
To create an account for the CUNY Academic Commons tracking system, please send a request to support@cunycommons.zendesk.com
Two things. One is that it's specific to creating accounts for Redmine, not for creating support tickets. Two is that it provides context: This Redmine installation is used by a number of projects other than the Commons, so any text that is specific to Commons users needs to be prefaced in an appropriate way.
What if we just removed this paragraph altogether? Has anyone ever emailed the ZD address asking for a Redmine account?
