Description

In #14736, I promised to add CLI tools to make it easy to query for theme/plugin use at the CLI. I'm going to build this now, as it would be useful for some other tasks.

In https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac-network-info/commit/16c435886dca25b112973c29ead432c2630af72b I've added --porcelain and --format support. This allows you to generate CSV report files, for easy sharing. Example:

$ wp cac-network-info query plugin jetpack --format=csv --porcelain > ~/plugins-using-jetpack-20240814.csv
