I notice when I create a site, the default theme is 2011. I think it should be 2020.

Can you please share the precise details of how you created a site? Sites are generally created using a Template/Layout.

Closing due to inactivity. I suppose this was perhaps a one-off, as we haven't heard other similar reports in the last year+ since the hosting migration. If you experience more instances, please share details.
