The Teaching template uses the editoria11y-accessibility-checker plugin. For reasons that aren't clear to me, the plugin's tables are not always fully generated in these cases. I tried to do some digging to see why, but I couldn't get to the bottom of it. And even if I found the root cause, there'd be existing sites without the requisite tables. So I'm going to write a tool that does some lazy checks for table existence, and runs the plugin's schema creation routine if they're not found. This should cover all cases.
