Description

- What's the name of the plugin/theme? Google Calendar Events: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-calendar-events/

- In a few words, what does it do? Parses Google Calendar feeds and displays the events as a calendar grid or list on a page, post or widget.

- How is the plugin/theme different from what's already provided on the Commons? The current Google Calendar plugin is no longer valid.

- What's the potential impact? Who will use it? Any member can use it on a blog, particularly useful for groups who want to display multiple Google calendar feeds.

- Who initially made the request? The folks from the MA in Applied Theatre program at SPS. Other members who posted to the WordPress Help forum also wanted a plugin that would replace the Google Calendar plugin.

This is excellent. I have another issue (#2138) being held up by this very plugin.

I'll research / test and get it into 1.4.11 if at all possible.

Everything looks good. The plugin has a healthy amount of downloads and a really nice rating. The support form has a decent amount of resolved issues and none of the open issued seemed to be discussing any broken functionality or security issues. I've added the plugin to the repo for the 1.4.11 release and I'm closing this issue.
