Just tested - no, I'm not either. Wrote to her "Hopefully that means Reclaim has fixed it. "

Yeah, it suggests to me that either her ISP or (more likely) her browser was caching an old cert. Hopefully she tries again in a new browser or after a cache clear and finds that it's OK.
