I'm seeing the following error at https://khatchad.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/plugins.php:

The plugin jetpack-boost/jetpack-boost.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

As noted in https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/23259#note-18, Jetpack Boost was removed while we debugged your other issues. It's expected WP behavior that a notice like the one you see here will be shown when an activated plugin has been removed. When/if jetpack-boost is reintroduced, you'll have to reactivate it manually.
