closedGCEnglish Permalinks Reverting to Defaults

Description
The permalink structure on the http://www.gcenglish.commons.gc.cuny.edu site keeps reverting to the WordPress default settings.
I'm going to investigate and update here when I find a solution.

Paul,
I've checked the GCEnglish site a few times and it appears to be working consistently. I'm not seeing the permalink error we were encountering before.
Have you had any more trouble regarding this particular issue? Or can we close this out under the assumption that recent upgrades have fixed the error?

Yeah, I haven't seen it revert since before the updates. I think it's safe to assume it's mysteriously disappeared. Thanks so much!
