closedopen in a new tab

Description
Via Keeping:
"I am working on a Commons website and have run into difficulties. Specifically, I have linked pages to various photos. They are all set to open in a new tab, however, they don't do this - they just replace the current tab when they open. What is causing this issue and how can I fix it?
This is the page I am talking about, the relevant links are contained in the photos on the bottom of the page (the modules). At this time, only Modules 1-8 are linked. Thank you!

I see that she has indeed selected open in new tab - see screenshot

- Category name set to WordPress (misc)
- Status changed from New to Reporter Feedback
I tested the Intrepid page and when I click on the Modules images, they do open in a new tab for me.
Tested in Firefox and Chrome on a desktop. Perhaps it is an issue with the user's browser configuration. I would suggest testing in another browser to verify the link functionality.
