Description

Discovered today that the forum for the DH Steering Group - http://nycdh.org/groups/nycdh-steering-group/ - had been disabled. Not sure how/why. Could be human error (we have a bunch of superadmins), but I'm wondering whether you know of a reason why this might have happened in some other way.

I re-enabled the forum and we didn't lose any posts, fyi.

I duplicated this bug the other day.

When you save a group's settings, the forum tab is wiped out.

It's a bbPress bug:

Wow, and yikes! Thanks for patching, Ray. Any idea how soon this will be rolled out? I'm wondering whether we should alert people on the CBOX message boards . . . .

#3 Updated by Raymond Hoh almost 9 years ago

It should makes its way into bbPress 2.4. Not sure when that will get released yet though. Perhaps in the next month?

I can always add a hotfix to CBOX if needed.

Thanks, Ray. I think we can wait, but if we need a hotfix, we'll be in touch.

Hi Ray --

Apologies for my confusion -- I thought this was on the Inq13 POOC tracker. For the NYCDH site, can you please apply a hotfix, as the site is active right now? Many thanks for your help.

I've applied the hotfix manually using the plugin editor in the WP admin dashboard. Let me know if this addresses the issue.
