Help Delete WP site with broken link

Description

Jason Tougaw created a blog called "http://whatistheself.commons.gc.cuny.edu" and realized that he wanted a different name. Somehow he changed the domain (not sure how) and lost ability to get to the admin panel. You can see that it still exists if you look at his profile - but when you click on it the link is broken. Here is what he wrote in email:

"I created a blog with the URL whatistheself.commons.gc.cuny.edu. This is going to be a student project, and my students want to change the title. I was trying to figure out how to change the url and I changed the domain and now have lost access to the Dashboard."

Need help to delete the site so he can start over.

I've restored the whatistheself blog so that is now accessible. I'll be happy to delete it as well, but I would like to get one last piece of confirmation before doing so - just in case there is any test content in the old blog that Jason would like to retrieve first.
