Confirmation emails not reaching registrants
A have received indication that one or two registrants from the CSI Strategic Directions group that are using the AC were not able to register because the confirmation emails did not arrive. I believe that this was happening before because these emails were flagged as spam. I believe the goal was to get this email whitelisted.

Thanks for reporting this, Michael. Unfortunately, it looks like we have to contact each campus individually to get them to whitelist our "firstname.lastname@example.org" email address. Sarah Morgano, to whom I've assigned this ticket, is handling this task.
Sarah, can you contact CSI as soon as you can? Thanks for your work on this.
Michael, if there are specific people who signed up but never received activation emails, can you forward their names and email addresses to me? Thanks.

Joyce Taylor, Deputy to Vice President for Technology Systems, just added the email@example.com email to their safelist on their system. CSI faculty and staff should now be able to receive notifications from that email account.
