Description

When Digital Research Tools was added into the steps for creating a group, it changed the button text on the Send Invites step and made the instruction text incorrect (see attached).
The text should be changed to "When you click 'Next Step', invitations will be sent to these members:"

I fixed this by pushing Send Invites to the very last step (which is where it ought to appear - our previous hack to enforce this broke in some BP update). https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/97577a53c08e20627363f8d017b4b04b8f54c8a8
