Description
For the ‘Subject’ field, the user sees a text box similar to the other fields in which he/she can type. While the user cannot change the text in this field, he/she can click in the box and highlight the fixed text.
To make it more clear that this text is unchangeable, it should not appear in a text box. Then the explanatory text will be unnecessary and can be removed.
