Description

See attached mockup -- cancel link added next to Submit (matches styling of the cancel link on the New Doc page). Clicking Cancel should take the user back to the top of the Forum page.

I wasn't able to bring the Preview section back to how it was before you edit the content box, but I was able to at least make it look the same as it does if you add content and then delete all of it.

Yeah, this can't easily be done because of the scope of the JS variables in bbp-live-preview. This looks good enough for me. Thanks!
