https://wordpress.org/plugins/table-of-contents-plus/ looks nice, at a glance. Unless you have another preference, I'll plan to include this in the release on the 21st.

TOC Plus is difficult to use; you can remove it. Wondering if we can have this installed instead:

Stephen, can I please ask you to review the two plugins that you've suggested, and make a recommendation for which one to go with? Last time, the choice was mine, and it ended up not meeting your needs.

I know you added it, but did you remove it? Because after further evaluation, I think the one you originally selected the best.

Hi Stephen - Yes, it looks like I did remove it a few weeks ago. I've added it back in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/758a79af35ad8b679502919ecf2f20523a233dd7, and it'll be part of the 1.8.12 release on Oct 1.
