I'm not able to connect to the Commons. The just keeps waiting to connect. Anyone else having problems?

It loads for me, but I get an error message from Safari when I try to login: "Too many redirects". I put the domain "commons.gc.cuny.edu" in my hosts file. I wonder if I have had the login page to the hosts file as well.
