From Scott: "I created a private group and got stuck on the next to the last page, where you are supposed to invite members to join. I couldn't proceed to the next step, even after adding a invitee. But the group was created and everything worked out."

This works in Chrome, Safari and Firefox - but I still get stuck in the last step using IE 8

There was some invalid markup. Other browsers were being kind about it. Fixed in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/16f73b7155001642a373fa6edf59913dd2d7ac70
