The front page says "To create an account for the CUNY Academic Commons tracking system, please send a request to support@cunycommons.zendesk.com" but I don't know what to do after that. Thanks!

Hi Marilyn,
Previously, people were directed to email IT, who then emailed me. Now, the workflow should be that when you receive a request, you should pass it on to me and I will create the account. Thank you!
