Lizzie Macaulay-Lewis and I would both be grateful if you could assign a temporary password to user lydia1976 (). She has been waiting patiently for GC IT to act but as we all know, they aren't too speedy. If approved, please send the temp password to me or directly to the user - . Thanks!

I assume the GC IT reference is related to the email account? They don't have the ability to grant access to the Commons. (Sorry to be pedantic - I just want to understand what I'm doing before I do it.)

Yes, GC IT is being asked to give her a temp password to her GC email.

Once she has that, she can re-set her Commons password.
