Description

This issue is intended to ensure that we don't forget to create a bunch (not sure how big a bunch is) of test email accounts that we can "invite" to join the commons when testing the upcoming revised Onboarding process.

We should be able to do most testing on cdev, so we don't need to gunk up the production site with test accounts. However, you'll need to coordinate with me to ensure that those new accounts are whitelisted for outgoing email - the dev server is blocked from sending messages to most email addresses.
