Diane Krauthamer, the new administrator on the New Labor Forum website, would like to request access to Redmine. Her email is diane.krauthamer@sps.cuny.edu
I'm not sure if she knows what the difference is between this and Zendesk. Is there anything you'd like me to explain to her?
