closedUsers not appearing via "Add New"

"I created a Commons Wordpress site (https://transatlanticarchivespring2018.commons.gc.cuny.edu/) for students to post their assignments. I had students register with their Lehman email on the CUNY Commons so that I can add them to the Wordpress site as an Author.
However, I'm running into some difficulty with registering two of my students: danysha.reyes@lc.cuny.edu and kelsey.pringle@lc.cuny.edu
They have both registered with the CUNY Commons, but when I log into our Wordpress site and click on "New User," and begin typing their names, there names do not appear in the drop-down menu for me to add them."
What I found is that Danysha has an account, but Kelsey does not. I too could not get to Danysha through "Add New" in the site's dashboard. It also seems she might have two username - Danysha and Danysha2 (see attached screenshots).
I'm stumped.

CANCEL THIS!
Now I can see both of them. I assume it's just a delay.
